The Sixth Doctor’s tenure on television may have been short, but Season 22 absolutely packet it all in. Daleks, Cybermen, and Sontarans all made an appearance, as well as memorable baddies such as Sil the Mentor making a first appearance, and of course, the returning mercenary Lytton.
