Cryptic Who - Doctor Who Crosswords and Puzzles

Turlough was a shifty bugger, wasn’t he? It makes me wonder if the Doctor realised at all or if he was just giving him a chance to redeem himself. As it turns out, Tegan was entirely right to be wary of him. Her instincts were spot on.
