The 1960s Daleks films are 60 years old this year! Adapted from the television series, they starred Peter Cushing as the inventor Dr Who – creator of Tardis and foe of the evil Daleks. How thrilling it must have been as a child to see Dr Who and the Daleks on the big screen! Nowadays, they have wonderful kitsch cult value. I, for one, am disappointed that so few lava lamps and Sugar Puffs adverts are in this future of ours.
